Yes. After recovering from heart transplant there are no limitation on travel although one must keep in mind that after heart transplant patients are taking multiple different types of medication such as immunosuppression and require frequent followups with their cardiologist. Therefore patients with heart transplants should keep in mind to stay in relative proximity to modern health care when traveling.

I am assuming fly as a passenger? Once you are over the recovery, out of the hospital phase, I am not aware of why you cannot fly as a passenger on a commercial flight.
