Can you help me, I am getting worse?
I have had bladder pain (frequent urination) back pain, shortness of breath, constipation, very painful joint pain, and extremity pain in arms, legs, and hands. I also have stiffness, and severe muscle spasms, causing my whole body to jump anytime I get relaxed and pain during intercourse. I had a complete hysterectomy 21 years ago, I have hep C, genotype 2, 17 years, and I feel like this is cancer.

Based on that, they may refer you to a specialist
Please get a GYN evaluation. Your internist may also suggest a rheumatology evaluation. Hep C is curable in this day and age
Too many problems; not an orthopedic issue! You need to see your internist ASAP; with that many different varied complaints, there is something that is affecting the immune system and the endocrine system.
Your symptoms traverse multiple specialties.I would start with doctor who specializes in pelvic and urinary disorders.
