No.
Imodium causes constipation.
Prednisone is not intended for bowel movements unless you have a specific intestinal condition such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease
Great question. This would be decided on by the person (Lab. Tech) who is doing the testing. What is the test for? You could inform the laboratory about the medications you are on when you submit your sample.
