Cellulitis???
I am asking for my brother he will not go to the doctor. He weighs 400 lbs his leg has been weeping for a while then the shin opened up and has a big wound he had two bottles of antibiotics on hand so he started taking them and it looks a little better but the pain is bad

This is definitely not normal. Meanwhile, the skin condition could possibly be a simple complication from too much pressure on the skin from the inside. Your brother should be medically evaluated, but a crash weight loss program would benefit him no end. Is he on Ozempic? It sounds like a very good fit for him. He will need to get a prescription from his family doctor. Cellulitis cannot be ruled out from the pictures, and an evaluation should be done.
