Chest?
My chest feels tight on the left slide closest to my armpit most of the day and is worse at night. I also experience trouble taking deep breathes randomly throughout the day.

More detailed history and testing needed but consider hiatal hernia particularly in presence of symptoms GER (gastroesophageal reflux).
