I am 63 years old male suffering from childhood asthma and on roto haler. Of late my CXR reveals ill-defined haziness in left lung lower zone.

Likely now developed chronic obstructive airways disease - worth lung function study
At present time, need more f/up, remember you suffer from asthma, I think your Primary Doctor need to refer for ct scan, to evaluate the findings in the chest x ray.
