Cold sensation
I have this cold feeling in my throat and stomach. It feels like ice is sitting there, and when it gets really bad, it makes me nauseous. At its worst, i try to make myself throw up. I’ve been told it could be acid reflux, but no medication has helped. I had an egd done, but all they found was a sliding hernia. I have felt like this since April 2022.

Whoever did the EGD should be addressing this problem. Unfortunately, many GI doctors just do a procedure and then refuse to help relieve a patient's symptoms. Your issue is likely due to a hypersensitivity problem of the upper GI tract. I recommend that you insist on getting an answer and some treatment from your GI doctor.
