Coughing up blood and bleeding from anis
I'm a 32 yo m. I have been sick for the past 6 months. No doctors have taken me seriously. I was a firefighter for 12 years. I had a bronchoscopy biopsy of my lung two weeks ago to check for lung cancer. I am not coughing up blood and bleeding out of my anus... Why?

In your heading you mentioned coughing up blood and bleeding from your anus but in the body you said not bleeding. I need a clarification for this.
Have you had any pulmonary function test and CT scan done? Are you seeing a lung doctor?
