Cyst on vagina
I've had this for 4 days now it is getting worse. I can hardly move or walk. I am also pregnant .

Oh no!! This sounds terrible !! It may be a bartholins gland cyst ; you may need antibiotics and it can be drained to make you more comfortable . You can go to emergency room or your gynecologist
Without knowing where this cyst is on your vagina, I would recommend you contact your regular obstetrical care provider for attention right away. If your symptoms are worsening and it is affecting your ability to function you need to be seen, especially since you are pregnant. There are a couple of conditions that affect that area that could potentially be treated with sitz baths and observation but it sounds like you have progressed beyond that point and you haven't given me enough information to assume that. I believe the best thing for you to do is contact your provider.
I wold recommend to see your Doctor. I think you need a sonogram with your visit
