Decreased sensation in right thigh
I have been experiencing partial loss of sensation in my right upper thigh and hip region. I did not have any kind of injury. I have used a GABA ointment for 10 days but it has not helped. Can you please help?

Electromyogram to check for polyneuropathy if symptoms persist... pcp consult for further evaluation and treatment.
This sounds like a case of bursitis coxae - an inflammation of the bursa over the hip joint. You should seek a medical laser therapist that can diagnose and treat your condtion. A shame you are not in my neighborhood.
