Discharge from penis?
Today, about mid-morning, I noticed a discharge from my penis. There was no arousal, and I know it’s not an STI, I have been with the same partner for over 14 years. Any thoughts or help?

It is normal pre-ejaculate. The fluid comes from the periurethral glands and is not a worry.
Statistically speaking, it was probably just a little urethral secretion discharge either from some erotic thoughts, possibly a recent bowel movement, or not having an ejaculation in a while.
