Do I have a gum disease?
It feels like my teeth are loose. Like all of them feel like you can move them around. Does it mean I have gum disease?

Teeth should not be mobile. There are many factors to tooth mobility..call a dentist ASAP
Yes. Find a dentist that does lanap. Can save your teeth. Implants and dentures can also be an option.
You have periodontal disease
Mobile teeth is a later sign of Gum disease. Other things can make some teeth loose. When all the teeth are loose it is usually from loss of bone support as a result of periodontal disease.
That is probably beyond gum disease to bone loss. That requires extensive treatment or simply tooth removal and replacement
