Do I have a sinus infection
Sneezing, cough, itching and pain in ears, swollen sore throat. It’s hard to swallow and throat hurt when I sneeze. I tried taking mucinex and ibuprofen

It doesn't sound like you have sinus infection. Based on what you say it can be a viral or bacterial throat infection and/or middle ear infection. Please consider consulting your health care provider if the infection lasts longer than 3-5 days and is accompanied by fever.
