• Do I have rabies?

I got bit last year by an unvaccinated cat and showed all symptoms, no vaccine.

Have you shown any symptoms? It is possible that you contracted rabies; however, if it's been a year and you don't have any symptoms such as a fever, headache, confusion, difficulty swallowing or paralysis, you likely don't have rabies.

It is probable that rabies virus was transmitted to you. If the transmission was several months ago, then your infection has been neutralized by your own immune response.

I hope not since it is 100% fatal! If you have this type of question, see your personal physician or call your local county health department.
