Do adults need dental sealants?
I am a 26 year old male. I want to know if adults need dental sealants?

If your molars have deep grooves, why not, it's a good preventative treatment. Would stop food inaction in the grooves and easier to clean.
Sealants are materials that make deep grooves in the teeth shallow, therefore, if adults have deep grooves in their teeth, then yes, it will help them keep the teeth clean.
Sealants are commonly for those prior to cavity prone years (youth), but I’m becoming increasingly more supportive of adults (18-30) with pristine teeth to seal deep tooth anatomy!
