Whenever you cut skin you will have a scar. A plastic surgeon will use his/her skills to make that scar as minimal as possible. Most people do not have an issue with their scars as they are very hard to see.
Depends on which ear plastic surgery. All scars are permanent! However, sometimes the scars are strategically placed in areas that is inconspicuous to see.
