Physical therapy can help to prevent progression of scoliosis by strengthening the muscles of the spine. It most likely will not reverse any scoliosis that you already have.

Yes, physical therapy can definitely help scoliosis. The key is to treat your body asymmetrically. One side of your body will require strengthening exercises and the other side will require stretching.

There are several activities you can do to strengthen the spine as well as stretch it perhaps slowing down or reversing scoliosis. Some physical therapists would be beneficial in getting you started on those exercises. But you might also want to try an inversion table and walking in water chin deep
