• Does variation in TMT indicate anything serious?

I am a 42 year old man with mildly high BP in the last 7 years. I am on medication for the same. In my recent TMT test, there were certain values which were higher than the recommended. Could it be a temporary phase or does it indicate a heart disease?

Both are possibilities, thus the need for surveillance. You should discuss with your PCP/cardiologist and determine follow up.

Follow up in three months. Diet & excercise for now.

Not sure if you have other risk factors for heart disease such as diabetes, obesity, lack of exercise, blood lipid abnormalities, etc., but would see your cardiologist on a regular basis. Not sure what parameters you are referring to on your TMT test, but again, would advise seeing your cardiologist on a regular basis so he or she can follow the results of repeated TMT test if indicated or order additional tests to further define any cardiac issues.
