Does wisdom teeth removal cause bone loss?
I am a 28 year old male. I want to know if wisdom teeth removal causes bone loss?

Generally it does, but can be prevented if a bone graft is done at time of tooth removal.

The removal of 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) do not cause bone loss. That being said, sometimes a small amount of bone must be sacrificed depending on the extent of the impaction.
