I have had a clogged ear for a few days I have tried peroxide and it’s not helping

Try to pop your ears (valsalva) like you are on a plane. You may be simply feeling a change in the middle ear pressure.
Peroxide softens any wax that is in the canal, it doesn't dissolve it. So if there is wax in there, it still has to come out on its own.
