Early ovulation
Hi this month I had egg white cm 4days after period with streaks of blood just once. on the day I predicted my ovulation should have been I also had pain but no blood I had sex that day it's now a week before period is due and I am having period pains occasionally and twinge pains near belly button

Not certain the correlation of said "egg white'" with ovulation, especially day 4 of your cycle. Generally, ovulation may occur day 14 +/- 4 all things considered. Sometimes cramps a week to onset of menses may be pre-menstrual prodromal that may be normal or may be related to other condition such as endometriosis. You should follow up with your doc to ascertain this further.
Sounds like you know about natural family planning and therefore, when to attempt pregnancy. You have to wait and see if you got pregnant this time.

You may have a ruptured corpus luteam cyst. It happens sometimes. If your pain does not go away in 24 hours, you should go to the ER or visit your doc.
