Ejaculation trouble
I'm on a number of medications acetaminophen, augmentin, gabapentin, apixaban, aspirin and atorvastatin I've been diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease and have for the past 3 years had trouble keeping an erection but now when I get close to ejaculation I can't my brain starts throbbing and the pain escalates to such a point that I can't ejaculate what's wrong what do I do?

Come off the gabapentin for 3 to 5 days and see if that is the issue. If it is not then the next thing that would do, this is possibly prostatitis.
