I had a painful urination and later had a small amount of blood discharge.
You need to be evaluated at your physician's office as soon as possible. Most common cause for these symptoms are bladder infections (also called UTIs). It is easily diagnosed with a urine test and you can be treated with a short course of antibiotics if needed. Meanwhile, make sure to drink lots of water to help flush out the infection.

You need to go to get checked. Most likely it is an infection. But you can’t tell without getting evaluated. Most likely it will clear up with some antibiotic, if you don’t have a doctor try an urgent care.
Go to a DOCTOR and get tested for the things that could cause this!!
Based on your age and symptoms, you most likely have/had a urinary tract infection (UTI). A simple visit to your local family physician and a urine sample can provide the diagnosis. Your doctor can then send in antibiotics if appropriate. If a urinary tract infection is ruled out, then visit a urologist to further evaluate your symptoms.
