Eye issue?
My left eye is swollen, reddish. It hurts if I touch my eyelid but otherwise just discomfort. If I rinse with water it temporarily feels better. What could this be?

Episcleritis. Or perhaps another type of inflammation.

Your condition may be a Chalazion (a clogged oil gland). Warm compresses will help along with using artificial tears. I advise you to make an appointment with an Ophthalmologist to give you an accurate diagnosis.
