Face paralysis. Should I go to the hospital?
Today makes day number two that I can notice half of my face. I have a headache in the back of my neck area. I have noticed 4 or 5 days ago that the right side of my face was numb and I had a loss of taste. That was for 2 days. Then yesterday out of nowhere the left side of my face was drooping. I can't move my left side at all.

You may be experiencing Bell's palsy which if treated within 48 hours of onset has a very good chance for recovery. So I would suggest seeking immediate medical attention. Other problems cannot be ruled out as well so the more important that you seek medical attention immediately.
