Hi, your symptoms may be suggestive of a more serious issue with inflammation in your stomach, small intestine, pancreas or Billary system, such as gallstones; I recommend seeing a physician and running several tests, including bloodwork, and at least some sort of imaging such as abdominal ultrasound, or CT scan; you may also need an endoscopic evaluation by a gastroenterologist. This may an acute gastritis. If it doesn't resolve with more time then see a primary care doctor or GI specialist
