Genital Herpes or Fordyce Spots

I get tested for Herpes and came back positive for Herpes type 1. The bumps I have under my penis glands never hurt or itched but now that I got results I’m worried that they were Herpes all this time. Come you tell me if they are just Fordyce spots or something more serious.

Everyone 99.9% of population has HSV 1
get checked for HSV 1 and 2 Igg and Igm in blood to be super sure
Also the picture is not clear for me
if next time they appear you can get direct PCR for HSV 1 and 2 on those spots or get a biopsy by a dermatologist

If they dont hurt or burn- chances are they are not herpes

The non- tender bumps are not at all likely to be herpetic. If they disappear with treatment for Herpes, then they are, but if not, they are not. Thanks for the question!
