If you actually had a ear infection, you may have resolving fluid within the middle ear space. It may take about 30 days to resolve completely. this is normal.
Use nasal steroid spray daily for minimum 14 days, and you may also try using Afrin nasal spray twice daily for 3 days only, while trying to equalize the pressure in your ears. This will help to resorb the fluid remaining in the middle ear space.
