Hard lump presumingly a lymph node
I have had a hard spot between my jaw and ear. It doesn’t hurt but i can’t move it like a normal lymph node. I’ve had it for about a year and a half. I have been told by family that I’m overreacting but it about the size of a ping pong ball

It's time to discuss this with your primary care, get lab work and either an ultrasound or a CT scan of the area, followed by a referral to a head and neck surgeon.
