IMPRESSION:
Normal coronary arteries. CAD-RADS 0.
Borderline dilated main pulmonary artery, nonspecific but may be seen with pulmonary hypertension. Clinical correlation suggested

Probably nothing but this is where you have to discuss with your doctor. That is what they mean by clinical correlation suggested. Happy to consult if you would like but they should have done echocardiogram
