This is likely due to a hormone imbalance. Reach out to your gynecologist or PCP to prescribe you a hormone to help regulate. As you move from peri- menopause to full menopause this can be common. If you feel lightheaded or short of breath, you should have your blood levels checked to be sure you’re not having symptomatic anemia.
