I have unbearable pain in the buttocks area due to hemorrhoids.

You need to get checked by a hemorrhoid specialist

Hemorrhoids do not cause pain unless they get clotted (thrombosed) in which case they swell up an can be felt at the anal opening. If you do not have a painful swelling like this then the pain could be from an anal fissure. If the pain is unbearable then you should see a colorectal surgeon.
