The first course of treatment would be the use of medical grade compression stockings, elevation of your legs, and decreasing your salt intake substantially.
Compression stocking. Leg elevation. Horse chestnut extract
Quickest and easiest option is to wear compression hose. Could consider an ablative procedure. Would need an ultrasound to evaluate for underlying venous insufficiency.
