Hi. Try a lavender bath, lavender shea butter or lotion, lavender aromatherapy, lavender candle or lavender oil (on her pillows or pressure points) , and meditation music. Whatever combination or single use you chose with the deep sleep relaxation meditation. You may have a night light on for comfort.

Make sure that she is not engaging in hyper-active activities right before bedtime, including hyperactive television shows. You want her calm so that she can relax. Also, watch her sugar intake right before bedtime as well.
