I am a 24 year old male who lifted something incorrectly at work. I want to know how can I realign my neck and spine at home?

Other than a cervical pillow and neck exercises, nothing

I would not try it without expert x rays and a trained physician.

Not a good idea to give advice on at-home treatment without professional help. See a skilled practitioner for exam and evaluation. You can learn a lot about what your issues are contributing to with an exam and consultation.

Hello, we do not recommend trying any spinal manipulations at home. We suggest seeing your chiropractor to properly adjust your neck and back. In our office, after a number of adjustments, we send our patients home with a home traction block to help restore your cervical spine's natural curve. This will help with neck pain, headaches, and much more. We also suggest using a cold pack to help with inflammation. You can learn more on our website and our blog at www.clairpointe.com. You cannot “realign” your own spine.

I would highly recommend going to a professional. There is no way to properly align your spine yourself. I am a chiropractor and see another chiropractor for re-alignment.

I can only advise that you seek a Chiropractor or other trained professional to perform spinal manipulation.
