How can I reduce my hand tremors?
I am 57 years old and I am experiencing hand tremors that arise all of a sudden. My blood pressure seems to be on the higher side and the doctor has indicated that it could be one of the reasons behind the tremors. What can i do to reduce these hand tremors?

Hands by themselves do not create tremors. I would consult with a neurologist, preferably one that specializes in movement disorders.
