How can I stop my astigmatism getting worse?

I am a 28 year old male. About 3 years ago I was diagnosed with astigmatism, which is getting worse. How can I stop my astigmatism getting worse?

Nothing. Just wear glasses or contacts. Astigmatism is not a disease.
