Unfortunately, wrinkles around the eyes is not an issue easily solved with homemade remedies. Your doctor has some great tools to treat wrinkles around the eyes, such as botox, Hyaluronic acid, fractional laser, chemical peelings.
I would suggest you consult a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist to discuss what's best for you.
In more severe cases, upper and/or lower blepharoplasty would significally improve patient's appearance.

You should always wash makeup at the end of the day and apply a good cleanser to remove any dirt from the skin. then application of a good moisturizer is important. Lastly, a good antioxidant lotion helps to stimulate collagen formation. A special eye cream can also be applied. This regimen should be followed regardless of doing any surgical procedure.

Next, plastic surgery can help to remove the wrinkles. This can be done via various techniques and depends on your skin type and extent of the wrinkles. Lasers, peels and surgery can all be done alone or in combination to achieve the desired results.

Your first two steps are to use daily a good moisturizer on that skin, and to seek botulinum toxin (Botox, Xeomin, or other brands) injections for the overly active muscles around your eyes and upper face.

Your best option is Botox or another Botox like drug. It is very effective and lasts about 6 months. Most Plastic Surgeons offices do those injections. Even though it is only temporary (6 months), it is easy and doesnt require surgery.
