I am a 38 year old male. I want to know how can I brush my receding gums?

Carefully with light pressure 2 minutes 2 times a day
When you brush your teeth whether your gums are receding or not use a soft toothbrush with a circular back and forth movement. Do not ever brush up and down because it has a negative impact.
Brush the tooth structure- soft or extra soft bristle (just cleaning away plaque) and avoid being rough by the gingiva (gum). Next consider management of clenching and grinding and make sure there is no periodontal condition needing attention
