There are floss threaders over the counter you can purchase from major drugstore. We are supposed to see our dentist for a cleaning on a regular basis, every 6-12 months. Your hygienist can show you how to clean under your implant bridge as well.

Get interdental/proxy brushes. They look like a glorified pipe cleaner. Bend the brush to 90 degrees and clean under the implants

You can use floss threaders, proxi-brushes, water picks, and stimudents. Get help from your dental hygienist.

Cleaning under an implant Bridge can be done three different ways. In addition to a regular toothbrush, you can use a waterpik, super floss or a proxy brush. All three items will dislodge debris from under your Bridge. You can't find samples of using each of these items on YouTube.

Implant bridges must be cleaned just like natural teeth bridge, brush and floss the sides, but since for a bridge the middle tooth or teeth cannot be flossed, you will need to use a floss threader (you can buy from any pharmacy) and go from under the bridge to clean food and plaque.
