I think I have lactose intolerance. How do you diagnose lactose intolerance?

It is called Lactose Tolerance Test. The test consists of two hours after drinking a liquid that contain high level of lactose. The blood will be taken after drinking the fluid to test the amount of glucose in your bloodstream. If your level doesn’t rise, means that your body is not digesting and absorbing the lactose. Therefore, it is a positive test. Thank you.
