Usually your eyes are dry after lasik. Let the dr know to make sure there are no serious problems. Use
Non preserved tears over the counter several times a day.

In the early post operative period red eyes after lasik are treated with topical steroids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

It depends why the eyes are red . If it is bloody red from suction making the LASIK flap . These will resolve over a week. You can use non preserved tears . If the eyes are red from increased dryness the artificial tears will help this too. There is a drop you can get OTC called Lumify that you can use safely only 1to2 times a day. If persisting redness occurs you should see your eyecare professional to find out why and the treatment for your red eyes. Sent from the all new AOL app for iOS

Usually antibiotics and steroid drops are prescribed after lasik. You can also use artificial tears.
