I am a 25 year old female. I want to know how do you keep a gap in your teeth from getting bigger?

By a retainer! EVERY SIGLE NIGHT you should wear it! Thanks!
You can have a clear, aligner-type retainer made to keep the space as it is, or you could always have Invisalign-type treatment done to close the space. Just make sure you have proper supervision of the treatment by a competent Invisalign dentist. Home treatments of clear aligners is not always an ideal outcome and can cause other problems.
