Self adjusting is very dangerous. Go to your chiropractor and from there will learn some good stretches too!

Hello there, I’m not sure you can realign your hips by yourself. You can stretch your hamstrings, strengthen your core and loosen your paraspinal muscles. Beyond that, consult with a doctor of chiropractic.

It may be possible to "re-align" your hips and pelvis. This usually involves knowing how to activate/stimulate certain muscles to counter how her hips and pelvis has shifted. I recommend going to your chiropractor or a physical therapist that knows how to properly demonstrate and educate under what conditions one could attempt to "re-align" their pelvis or hips.

I don't recommend manipulating your joints without professional help.
