My 7 year old son was diagnosed with pneumonia. How do you treat pneumonia in a child?

There are two ways of treating pneumonia depending on what one thinks is the causative agent - if viral, the treatment is just supportive lots of fluids rest Tylenol for fever. If one thinks it is bacteria, antibiotics are appropriate along with the previously mentioned treatment.
