I will get a dental crown. How long after a crown can I eat?

Once Anesthesia is worn off a couple of hours ), you can eat with your temp so you won't bite on your lip or tongue.
I’m sure your dentist will tell you if there is a need to wait but usually the cement is fully set before you even leave the office.
Should be able to eat immediately after the permanent crown is placed.
