It depends on your overall health. It also depends on the type of colon surgery you had. Did you have a long incision? Did you have laparoscopic or robotic surgery? You could probably go back within 4 to 6 weeks doing light activities and gradually increasing as tolerated. However, You should check with your surgeon.
