The extent and duration of sore throat depend on the extent of difficulty during the intubation and airway management process. Usually, only a few days would be expected.

Variable. Can be a few hours or a few days

General anesthesia usually does not cause sore throat unless one receives general anesthesia involving endotracheal intubation (breathing tube in your throat). In this case, one could sometimes develop a sore throat postoperatively. The sore throat associated with endotracheal intubation should disappear within a few days; if it persists beyond that, you should contact your doctor for proper treatment.

There are too many variables to answer this. Was intubation used? Was a humidifier used? Was the intubation difficult?

24-48 hrs if it was not difficult intubation.

Usually for a day or two, but sometimes longer.
