It depends on what and how bad the original shoulder problem is, what surgery is done and what the post-operative condition is as well as what kind of rehab is. I would elaborate only when those specifics are known.
Depends on the surgery and for what problem.For rotator cuff repair about 2 to 3 months but lots of home exercise after that.
