Hi! This depends on what type of surgery; you will discuss this with your surgeon. Soft tissue takes 4-6 weeks to heal and bone takes 6-8 weeks to heal.

That depends on what type of surgery you have

This will vary on the procedure performed. Discuss with your surgeon

The answer is "it depends on what you mean by recovery". In my office, because of minimal invasive approach, surgery is done in office, under local anesthesia, no hardware or metal or anchors are used, and tiny incisions to do the surgery; patients walk out of the office in walking boot with a soft bandage, walking during the post operative period, return to sneakers in 3-4 weeks, and full normal life in approx. 4-6 weeks.
